In October 2020, China's Changxinsheng Company received a notice of hearing for the "337 Investigation Case" from the United States. The US company Coreliss accused Changxinsheng Company of infringing on their intellectual property rights.

After a comprehensive examination of the relevant products, Changxinsheng Company found that it did not infringe on the patents of Kosemi Company.

This outcome led Kosemi to change its mind. They voluntarily withdrew the lawsuit before the judge's hearing, and the United States International Trade Commission terminated the "337 investigation" against Changxinsheng.
