The patent invalidation declaration of Gree Electric Appliances was withdrawn twice and then declared invalid. The two patent invalidation declaration cases, jointly represented by Beijing Sanju Sunshine Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. and Beijing Yiju Law Firm for the right holder, Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliances Co., Ltd., were concluded. The National Intellectual Property Administration allowed the requestor to withdraw the patent invalidation declaration request twice. Both of the above invalidation procedures were initiated against the invention patent No. 201110238207.9 of Gree Electric Appliances, titled "Motor Fixing Structure and Air Conditioner with the Motor Fixing Structure". This patent was also maintained as valid in the invalidation review decision No. 566733 issued by the National Intellectual Property Administration (this procedure was still represented by our side for Gree Electric Appliances).
